Our key holding service works hand in hand with our alarm response service. Through our remote monitoring, an alarm activation or security alert can be dealt with quickly and effectively by our SIA licensed team.
When our mobile patrol arrives at a premises, assuming it is safe to do so, they will enter with the keys you have provided to us and conduct a thorough security patrol to assess the situation.
If everything is okay, we will reset the alarm, however if it looks like there has been an intrusion or there is damage, we contact the emergency services (if needed) and ensure the premises are protected until re-secured.
Any issues are reported back to our control centre in real time and we provide you with a detailed incident response report.
