John Bruder
Group Operations Director
John has over 20 years experience in the security industry, working across multiple sectors including aviation, manned guarding, and cash and transit. He has built strong leadership and operational skills which he applies to his role as Group Operations Director. John is responsible for driving growth and is focused on delivering a long-term operating strategy ensuring the successful execution of the business. His key attribute is to see things through the eyes of the customer and front-line employees.

Daniel Arthur
Business Development Manager
Daniel works in a consultative way with our clients to ensure their needs are fully understood to fully ensure we deliver the right solution every time.
He joined Taurus in March 2023 and brings his extensive experience of the security sector and construction industry having worked in both areas for large organisations.

Gill Lambert
Operations Manager
Gill is responsible for all operations concerning manned guarding. Her role sees her as a point of contact to our clients while ensuring not only the smooth running of the department but also the health and safety of all our guards.

Danielle Byron
Head of Finance
Danielle takes a strategic and proactive approach to maintaining and growing Taurus Security Group’s revenue. Managing a team of five, she oversees all financial activities, including forecasting, managing budgets and risk management.
She joined Taurus in September 2020 having worked as a financial controller at charity Partners of Prisoners for 14 years.

Joe Doherty
Control Room Manager
Joe has been with Taurus Security Group since the company began and has worked his way up from being a guard on site and doorman to control room manager.
His job is to make sure the control room is running smoothly for our business and individual clients. Joe manages a team of 14 who all work together to ensure the 365 day, 24 hours a day operation of the control room.

Nick Boyd
Head of Sports and Events
Nick is responsible for all operations concerning sports and events across the country and is accredited to Level 4 in Safety Management.
His role extends to being a stadium safety officer at several venues we manage on behalf of our clients.
He has over 25 years experience and has previously been a security supervisor at Manchester United.

Tony Clarke
Projects Manager
Tony looks after all our tech at Taurus. His key role is to design the bespoke CCTV systems for our customers and put management, service and maintenance plans in place for them.
He joined Taurus in November 2014 as an engineer and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate and has achieved NVQ level three in IT.

Ian Mcaulay
Social Media and Marketing Manager
Ian boasts an impressive career as a digital marketer and social media manager. He has joined Taurus, having previously held a prominent role at Mercedes-Benz, to enhance our social media and marketing presence. With a diverse skill set encompassing content creation, videography and event coordination, Ian is a dynamic professional known for his proactive approach which is fully aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
